Not long ago, there was such thing as 'scene kids' and 'fashionxcore'. I'm sure you all remember far too well. It was largely a pretty harmless but nevertheless widely bile-inducing phase that controversially produced at least one good band, and Drop Dead, Gorgeous are among that small sect. Completely over the top production and unnecessary breakdowns matched with a seriously fucked up vocal style on their sophomore meant I formed a love affair with this band which was pretty hard to defend but I simply didn't give a shit. They were awful live as well, and I still couldn't care less. But anyway, this song's off their first, and most, 'scene' record. Deal with it.
