I had a discussion last night about 'British Indie'. These days it is undoubtedly a huge, rarely 'independent' industry, and the bands that come out of it are largely focussed on the pop side of things, which is not necessarily a terrible thing, but back in the first half of the last decade there was some genuinely interesting, genuinely dancey 'indie' kicking around. You are unlikely to hear this (or 'All Mapped Out') in a club any time soon, but it's such a colossal 'British Indie' anthem, and it deserves a lot more respect.
