Day 55: The Boy Who Cried Wolf by Futures

Tonight Is Goodbye were arguably the most interesting and, more importantly, mature-sounding pop-punk band to come out of Britain in the past few years, and out of their ashes comes Futures. Frontman Ant West's voice is perfectly suited to their brand of uplifting pop-rock, and equally well to Death Cab-influenced sounds of side project John Candy, which is well worth looking out for in the, ahem, future as well. Futures' debut mini-album is released for free on March 1st from their website (and also in March's issue of Rock Sound), and this is the first single from it.
